Sharon K. Parker is an ARC Laureate Fellow, Director of the Centre for TransformativeWork Design at Curtin University, and a Fellow of the Australian Academy ofSocial Science. She is a recipient of the Kathleen Fitzpatrick Award, theAcademy of Management OB Division Mentoring Award and, in November of 2019,Sharon was named among the world’s most influential scientists and socialscientists in the 2019 Highly Cited Researchers list released by the Web ofScience Group, and the only female in Australia appearing on this list in thefield of Economics and Business. She is currently an Associate Editor forAcademy of Management Annals. She has published more than 80 articles inleading journals on topics like work design, proactive behaviour, and jobperformance.
